User or server denied the request.
Riposte solution
The user or Google denied the OAuth request (e.g., user declined consent). You cannot force this via the API. The user must consent to the permissions. You might prompt them again by generating a new auth URL with /auth/sessions, but if they keep denying, you cannot proceed.
