Riposte solution
A generic Azure AD authentication failure occurred. This could be due to certificate problems or policy issues. Check your Azure AD app configuration (e.g., if using client certificate, ensure it's valid and uploaded). There's no immediate Riposte fix; you must resolve the underlying auth config issue, then attempt the auth flow again via /auth/sessions.
