AADSTS90094 — Admin consent required

Your app needs admin consent for one or more permissions, and it hasn't been granted yet. A global admin must consent to the app. In practice, you should direct an admin to Azure AD to grant the required permissions for your app (or use an admin consent URL). Until then, any user attempt will fail with this error. You may pause the affected account and inform the user to contact an admin for consent.
